ABOUT

As a child in Saginaw, Michigan, I was always around the cooks in my family. I developed a passion for baking watching my grandmother turn out delectable pies and cakes for the family. My love for mixing decadent combinations of butter, sugar, and fruits led to a summer job in my aunt’s commercial kitchen, where I helped prep for wedding receptions.

In 2008, I attended Anne Arundel Community College -- Hospitality Culinary Arts & Tourism (HCAT) program to pursue a Certificate in Baking and Pastries.

​

In 2013, I officially launched Couture Cakes by Sabrina. With Fashion and Sugar Flowers as my inspiration, I love making each order special for any occasion. I know the importance of creating relationships with my clients, and ensuring that their needs are met. I am concerned with the overall experience from the initial call to the delivery of the cake. In addition, I realize how important taste and presentation are for my clients.
