    • Business information — business name, labor rates, overhead costs, and pricing data you enter into the App

    • Payment information— billing details processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card information

    • Usage data— how you interact with the App (pages visited, features used)

    • -Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address

3. How We Use Your Information

 

We use the information we collect to:

 

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App

  • Process payments and manage your subscription

  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

 

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)

  • Row-level security on all database tables

  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth

 

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention
​

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

 

If you cancel your subscription, your account and data will be retained for 37 days after cancellation. You will receive an email reminder at day 30 notifying you that your data will be permanently deleted in 7 days. You may resubscribe at any time during this period to restore full access and retain your data.

 

If you delete your account, or after the 37-day retention period following cancellation, we will permanently delete your personal data except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records).

By accessing or using The Cake Pricing Suite ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

 

 

 2. Description of Service

 

The Cake Pricing Suite is a subscription-based pricing tool designed for cake artists and bakers. It helps users calculate pricing for custom cakes based on ingredients, labor, overhead, and delivery.

 

3. Accounts

 

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

 

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@thecakepricingsuite.com

 

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

 

Plans

  • The App offers the following subscription plans:

    • Basic — access to core cake shapes and pricing features

    • Pro— access to all shapes and future features

    • Founding Member — full Pro access at a discounted rate for early supporters

 

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

 

Free Trial

Monthly plans may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Only one free trial per person. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or its content

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Upload any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

6. Referral Program

 

We offer a referral program that allows existing subscribers to earn rewards by referring new users to the App.

 

How It Works

  • Each subscriber receives a unique referral link

  • When a referred user subscribes and remains an active paying subscriber for 30 days, the referring subscriber earns one free month of their current plan

  • Free months are applied automatically to the referring subscriber's account

 

Program Rules

  • Referrals must be new users who have not previously subscribed to the App

  • Self-referrals are not permitted

  • Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged

  • For annual subscribers, the free month reward is applied as a credit toward your next renewal

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice

  • We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards if we suspect fraud or abuse

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, pricing formulas, and underlying code — are owned by Couture Cakes by Sabrina and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

Your data (recipes, business settings, quotes) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the content you create using the App.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

 

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Pricing calculations will be accurate for your specific business needs

  • The App will meet your specific requirements

 

Pricing outputs are estimates only. You are responsible for verifying that your pricing is appropriate for your business.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Couture Cakes by Sabrina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to the App

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
